چکیده
Many distinct glacial episodes in the past ~1 million years Central Lowlands of North America left behind a patchwork glaciated landscapes different ages and formed through glacial, paraglacial, proglacial processes. Herein, we synthesize reconcile diverse data sources across nine states to create generalized landform regions map, incorporating information from surficial geology, age-constrained boundaries, soil properties parent material, topography. The resulting map presents till plains, moraines, outwash lakes with ranging 10.2 cal ka BP greater than 500 BP. This new improves on regional perspectives by modifying reconciling boundaries agree variety spatial finer detail. refined enables more accurate analysis reducing noise imprecise boundaries.
